Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right. However, this does not include any right to a refund or exchange.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products), cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
