We are pleased to offer shipping to addresses in Canada, the US, the UK, Europe, and Australia.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Canada:

  • Local express shipping with a flat rate of CAD 10.

  • Free shipping for orders over CAD 100.

  • Delivery times typically range from 3 to 9 business days.

United States:

  • Standard shipping (Canada Post): Flat rate USD 20 per order.
    Delivery times typically range from 7 to 14 business days.

  • Express delivery (DHL): Flat rate USD 30 per order.
    Delivery times typically range from 2 to 5 business days.

  • Free shipping for orders over USD 200. (Standard shipping)

United Kingdom:

  • DHL only, flat rate CAD 48 per order.
    Delivery times typically range from 4 to 7 business days.

Europe (excluding Iceland):

  • DHL only, flat rate CAD 48 per order.
    Delivery times typically range from 4 to 7 business days.

Iceland:

  • DHL only, flat rate CAD 83 per order.
    Delivery times typically range from 4 to 7 business days.

Australia:

  • DHL only, flat rate CAD 80 per order.
    Delivery times typically range from 4 to 7 business days.

Hong Kong SAR & China: (Matcha bowl only)

  • Economy shipping, flat rate CAD 25 per order.
    Delivery times typically range from 20 to 60 business days.

Macao & UAE: (Matcha Bowl only)

  • Economy shipping, flat rate CAD 50 per order.
    Delivery times typically range from 20 to 60 business days.

Taiwan, Malaysia & Singapore: (Matcha Bowl only)

  • Economy shipping, flat rate CAD 30 per order.
    Delivery times typically range from 20 to 60 business days.

Japan: (Matcha Bowl only)

  • Economy shipping, flat rate CAD 35 per order.
    Delivery times typically range from 20 to 60 business days.

Qatar: (Matcha Bowl only)

  • Economy shipping, flat rate CAD65 per order.
    Delivery times typically range from 20 to 60 business days.

If you have a specific courier preference, please contact customer support after placing your order. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information to monitor your delivery.

Taxes and Customs Duty

Any import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot provide precise information on customs charges as they are determined by the local customs office. Please refer to your country’s import regulations, typically available on the government’s official website.

All items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Delivery Issues

Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. To assist with resolving the issue, we require the following:

  1. Do not discard any packaging materials.

  2. Take photos of the package as it was delivered, including inner and outer boxes and packing materials.

  3. Take photos of the damaged product or dents on the box.

These steps are required for carriers’ damage claim processes.

Received Wrong Goods/Quantity/Shipment: If you received incorrect goods, please provide the following:

  1. Do not discard any packaging materials.

  2. Take photos of the shipping box and unbox the contents the first time.

  3. Take photos of the products received.

Missing Goods: If items are missing from your order, please provide:

  1. Photos of the shipping box and packing materials.

  2. Photos of the items received.

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently offer shipping to Canada, the US, the UK, Europe, and Australia. International shipping is primarily handled by DHL. For shipments within the US, Canada Post may also be used. Please note that online orders cannot be picked up in-store.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error. You will receive a shipment confirmation email, including tracking information, once your order is fulfilled.
