Hojicha Latte Recipe

Ingredients

• 5g hojicha powder
• 40g hot water (95°C / 203°F)
• 150g milk of your choice
• 4–5g maple syrup (optional)

Brewing Guide

For a simple hot hojicha drink, mix the powder with hot water at 95°C (203°F) and whisk until smooth. Adjust the amount of powder and water to your preferred strength.
